Experiences
Based on my experience as a social auditor, I joined Total in 1990. Since I held variety of HR positions: Career Manager with social development responsibilities, Head of Personnel Administration for Total Middle East. HR in Myanmar and Yemen, Training Correspondent for the Support and Business activities. The last 10 years have been devoted to developing a competency approach for all domains/métiers while managing and drafting HR reference documents as well as implementing HR information and data management policies.
