After an introduction to the context (digitalization of recruitment, automation, post-covid period, war for talent and the importance of the first job) two exercises are introduced to contribute to a better self-discovery.
The recruitment process seen from the candidate side (CV, Cover letter, Search, Advertisement, Digital image, Interview, Negotiation) including the international recruitment process is dissected. Following the requests of the participants, other subjects such as the Pay slip, the Employment contract and the integration are developed.
