The main thread of my career in oil downstream has been project management. I have contributed to strategic projects dealing with international development, pricing, BtoB sales, Information Systems ….with responsibilities on the change management and organizational implementation through communication and training. The variety of the projects has given me a global and transverse view on the different activities of the Company in the oil downstream (transports and storage of oil products, sales through the different distribution channels, special products…) within an international and multicultural environment.
