Prerequisite

Basic knowledge of geology and geophysics. The school or university must have several Petrel licenses available for students, as well as a computer room with interpretation workstations.

Objectives

Get hands-on the most used geoscience software in the industry, detailing all processes from data loading to interpretation. A real case study will be used, with a highlight of key interpretation methodologies. NB: The case study & methodologies presented can vary upon request between O&G exploration, CCS, offshore wind and geothermal exploration (to be agreed with the university).
