Any student will at one point in their life be assigned a tasks or job that at first glance feels daunting. How to properly prepare for these situations
They may also, for other reasons, take on a very personal challenge.
Examples are:starting with a new company,

being a first-time manager,
going on an international assignment for the first time,
running their first marathon,
building a project team from scratch etc.
The author, throughout his international career, management of small and large teams, athletic endeavors, expedition planning and pursuing hobbies, has experienced moments of anxiety and doubt in all of the situations mentioned above.
