In accordance with the Purchasing Strategy of TOTAL RM and Group, the objective of the job is to develop the Purchasing network by :
. Implementation of Purchasing organisation in an international and complex matrix structure (hierarchical position, global versus local Purchasing…),
. Implementation and promotion of purchasing methods and tools,
. Training, communication and definition of the expected skills (training courses, website, presentation …) contributing to the strategic impact of Purchasing for the Business,
. Audit and assistance to the entities to embed best practices and to evaluate their level of purchasing maturity
. Supplier development (locally/worldwide), in the respect of ethics rules and sustainable development engagement of the company
. An auditable reporting and purchasing performance measurement on the Refining & Marketing world perimeter
