After ten years in various operational activities within Pétrofina, in charge since the beginning of the 1990s of various HR responsibilities (successively Expatriate management, Compensation & Benefits manager, implementation of policies and HR management tools – evaluation Annual interviews – performance appraisal, training, recruitment, HRD / General Secretary of site in Feluy). I joined TOTAL Refining-Marketing HRM at the time of the TOTALFINA merger as a Career Management Coordinator at Refining Europe until the end of September 2007. Since then I have been Director of TOTAL PETROCHEMICALS Career Management in Brussels for Global Petrochemistry 6,500 employees / 2000 executives) + President of HRD Belgium / Brussels 1993- 2004.
