INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAWYER at E&P legal division, TOTAL SE
In addition to my contractual negotiation work, I give advice to Total Do Brazil and Total Denmark on IP issues and give trainings to R&D personnel on confidentiality issues. As co-pilot of Total’s Legal Practice Group IP , I coordinated the redaction of the following guides (IP guide (2018), Confidentiality « be in the know » (2018), Trade secret Guide, and Legal guide to Additive Manufacturing (2020).
