The CO2 issue : apparently simple but really complex The main objective of this lecture is to draw student’s attention on the need of a rigorous methodological approach and relevant rules of the game in order to avoid that decisions aimed at minimizing energy consumption or CO2 emission locally, have in fact the opposite result globally, i.e. at world level, including all energy chains and related activities.
