This course covers climate issues. The link between economic growth, energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions is presented, followed by the description of the mechanisms determining the planet’s climate.

The illustration is done on the past 800 millennia and the present, based on the research of climatologists. The probable consequences of global warming and possible mitigations are discussed.
