Part 3 – Exercise of rentability calculation : NPV (Net Present Value) , IRR (Internal Return Ratio), etc….. Students are invited to work on a simplified case

Part 4 – Assessing project conditions and risks : this last part takes place on a full day. It describes the major sources of risks for a project and it environment. And develops and illustrates adapted methods
