How to understand cognitive bias
How to understand cognitive bias
Synthesis
Cognitive biases are in vogue!
Starting from the question: Is reality objective? We perceive the World, we interpret it and we communicate in a specific environment.
But we seek to stabilize ambiguity
We now know that our brains create mental models for everything, work with limited resources and function by approximation.
We’re going to characterize these biases, and gain a better understanding of them through a playful sequence.
We’ll be thinking about how to deal with and mitigate them.
