2012-2014: Geoscience training program of Total E&P for young geology staffs, Rock Mechanics, prediction of hydraulics fracturing pressure, 2×4 hours per year

Activities

As a geomechanics Referent and the Head of Drilling & Wells Geomechanics Entity in Drilling&Wells Division of Total E&P, my activities are following :

i) Managing a team of 13 people, including the Geomechanics Laboratory with 6 technicians

ii) Participating the reviews of well preparation as geomechanics Referent

iii) Supervising and validating geomechanical studies : prediction of frac gradient and the minimum mud weight for hole stability, casing integrity, risk of

anding, injectivity study, etc … .

iv) Supervising certain rock mechanics tests in laboratory

v) Geomechanical following-up of drilling operation of sensitive wells.

vi) Writing and validating Reference documents in Geomechanics
