Activities
Jean-Pierre Loizeau had a significant experience as national and then international procurement manager with one of the largest world retailer (Promodes, Carrefour). During 7 years, he managed successively with this team 3 different categories and led negotiations in France, China and South Korea in his capacity of global procurement manager. Then he joined the first European player in training and operational consulting (Cegos) to create from scratch its category management – sales and marketing subsidiary in the United Kingdom. He successfully developed operations and recruited more than 20 full time consultants who sold and delivered category management assignments, negotiation coaching and consultative selling. As the consultancy director, Jean-Pierre played a key role in the execution of consultative selling (Software AG, Poclain and Schneider Electric…) and delivery processes for training and consulting assignments. In the same period he obtained personal certifications in Management and Leadership and developed an offer dedicated to the development of leaders. After four years, he was promoted International Key Account Manager at the CEGOS group headquarters and developed there significantly four large accounts (PSA, VW, Ford, Schneider Electric) to whom he sold 2700 consultants days per year +28%/year over 3 years). Being at the center of many assignments, and actively engaged at key milestones of the largest assignments, a global head of talent management of an important industrial group proposed him to join to take responsibility for the learning & development of key talents. He then became successively Corporate University Director then SVP learning & development of Schneider Electric. At the end of 2010, he joined TOTAL to lead “l’Université TOTAL”, transformed and developed the activity with his team, including renewed talents and senior executives offers. During these four last years, he regularly facilitated and delivered inputs in short sequences of some of the TOTAL University key offers.
