“Key features and recommendation to a government to implement a good governance of its new HC resources”. Help the students to consider in all practical views what a good governance means and requests. Many examples, benchmark and “does & don’s”. At first, students had to make a presentation, be challenged by their peers and finally I adapt my talks in regard with their expose.
« What is an Oil man ? Has the Oil & Gas sector still a future?”. At first to give an example of a career (multi jobs, divers backgrounds does not prevent from having interesting challenges. Then to present the root causes of the Oil and gas prices crisis and to deliver a vision of the energy mix we see in the future.

Capability in managing Exploration, Field Operations and Projects management. Strong experience in Economics, Finance, Human Resources development, Contracts & Procurement and in negotiations with States (PSCs) and partners (JOAs, FOAs).
