Objectives

Major Accidents continue to happen in the Oil & Gas sector despite significant attention to Safety and protecting the Environment over the last 3 years. So why, what are we not getting right? Why have we not learnt the lessons from the Piper Alpha (1988) or Deepwater Horizon (25) disasters? Three courses are offered to help participants understand Major Risks and how to manage them throughout the lifecycle of an Oil & Gas installation – i.e. Understand and how to manage the Risk Profile from cradle to grave.
