RESERVOIR PETROPHYSICS
Synthesis
To provide a comprehensive information on core analysis and the rock properties to describe the reservoir and characterize the flows.The main rock properties are presented , core studies, porosity, permeability, saturation and capillary pressure,Relative permeabilities in two phase flows, wettability and consequences in water flooding.
For each property, the lab measurement is presented, interpreted and validated.
The participants are able to interpret and validate a lab report, and design a lab program.
There are alternatively theoretical presentations and exercices.
