The transformation of natural (vegetable and animal) oils provides the raw materials used in fuels (like bio-diesel), as well as soap, detergents, pharmaceuticals, food, feed, cosmetics, lubricants, solvents, and other products we use in our daily lives.This course covers the raw materials used in oleochemicals, as well as their characterization, transformation, products, by-products, performances and markets.
