Reservoir & Well Test Analysis

19 participants attended the class. They were coming from Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador and Iran. The general level was excellent. No participant was under graduate, and most of them were doing a PhD. Professors Rosângela Barros Zanoni Lopes Moreno and Professor Philippe Devloo attended the whole course and were very helpful. Professor Rosângela Barros Zanoni Lopes Moreno gave me the opportunity to visit the Central petroleum laboratory of Unicamp (Cepetro), its own laboratory specialized in chemical EOR and the new synchrotron Sirius (518.4 meters long ring that will be used to understand the atomic structure of substances used in many domains and in particular chemical EOR). The logistics were very good (class rooms and video projectors); the organization was excellent as well as the support given by the SPE student chapter. All the participants attended the whole class. 8 students obtained a grade above 16/20; 6 between 14 and 16/20; and the rest between 12 and 14/20.
