Eric Michel from TotalEnergies Professeurs Associés (TPA) for an online conference on the theme: “Compliance & Ethique des affaires en entreprise” With over 40 years of global experience in mergers & acquisitions, legal strategy, and compliance and as the former Chief Compliance Officer of TotalEnergies SE , Pr. Michel offered our students a rare window into the inner workings of multinational corporations and the essential role of compliance in managing risk and building trust.
