Impression générale

Due to travel arrangements, only 2 days were spent in UMaT which is too short for 15 h. Next time the course should be given in 4 days. It took me 2 days to reach Tarkwa: one day flight from Brussels to Accra, followed by a second day to flight from Accra to Takoradi and to drive to Tarkwa. Very rough driving of 3 to 4 hours due to the bad conditions of the road under repair.

Quid du futur ?

This was not discussed with the affiliate as this is the 1st time a course is given to UMaT.

Questions posées par les étudiants

With Europe switching to EV (electrical vehicle) will the thermic second hand cars continue to be shipped to Africa? This raise the question of the transfer of Money and technology from Developped to Emerging countries as part of the energy transition.
