On Monday 5h30 Vanessa Dias Batista (SPE leader) was there with 4 others students. Numerous email were exchanged with her prior to my arrival and 30 students had signed for the course. She apologies for the lack of attendies but said that this day was bad but tomorrow would be more students (15++) We agree to reconvey the next day to do the course in 4 days instead of 5 days. The following day I met with the administration( Ricardo Cabral de Azevedo and his president, the lady in charge of the University) to be told that the course was cancelled as no more student will be able to attend due to exam period????

30 books sent from Paris delivered to University.

Bad : administration not in charge does not feel responsible as the course is organized by SPE/ not acceptable to have this course after 5:30 pm where students are tired by one complete day of others courses / to be organized outside of exam periods.
Quid du futur ?
Recommend to stop relations with SPE and rely on administration.
Refuse to give course too late in the day.
