Very good assistance of TEPM before and during the Integrated Week (IW). Full daily assistance from Khin Maung Tint.

No problem of discipline during the courses
Good conditions for the courses :
– a Seminar Room (1) for first 4 days,
– and the HRD Building Room (5th Floor) for last day training and Test/Exam assessment
Rooms with PC, audio+video, white board
Participation : This seminar was a five half-day training course mainly for under-graduate students of Petroleum Engineering Department, YTU (4th & 5th year students) and Geology Department, Yangon University. See above details.
Different background of the Participants : Students from PE, students from Geology, professionals from Total, MOGE and others O&G Partners Companies.
Such diversity is good for exchange between Students and Professionals about topics presented; this diversity can be an obstacle for Students to ask questions.
Some videos/films were presented.
Each morning, 3 Students were called to present in 15 minutes the technical key points of the subjects seen the previous day.

Test/Exam
– was performed in one (1) hour, with closed books but participants working in binomes.
– Result/marks (see details in the attached file)
Average of marks = 78/100 with 14 marks > 90/100 (mainly : 3 participants from YTU, 3 from TEPM, 2 from PTTEP, 1 from MOGE…
Median of the marks : 81/100
Six (6) marks < 60/100
Closing ceremony : very well organised ; Mr Aung Naing (from TEPM Human Resources & Administration Manager) was present ; Certificates of Attendance were given to participants to the Seminar. See also photo of the group.
